The Ministry of Interior of the Royal Government of Cambodia this morning updated the public on the impacts on civilian areas and the protection of displaced civilians resulting from the war of territorial aggression by the Bangkok government and the Thai military, from 6:00 p.m. on Dec. 15 until 7:00 a.m. on Dec. 16.
