The Ministry of Interior of the Royal Government of Cambodia issues a press release on the impacts on civilian areas and the protection of displaced civilians resulting from the war of territorial aggression by the Bangkok Government and the Thai Military from 7:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m on Dec. 15.
