AKP Phnom Penh, December 03, 2025 –

H.E. KAN Pharidh (C, Pic. 1), Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, holds a meeting here this afternoon with H.E. Christian DesRoches (R, Pic. 2), Ambassador of Canada; H.E. Igor Driesmans (2nd L, Pic. 2), Ambassador of the European Union; and H.E. Stefan Messerer (2nd R, Pic. 2), Ambassador of Germany to Cambodia. 

The meeting focused on discussing ways to further strengthen cooperation within the framework of the United Nations.
