AKP Phnom Penh, November 29, 2025 --

The Ministry of Tourism, CamGSM (Cellcard), and PRAVIYA have entered into a partnership to foster digital transformation in Cambodia’s tourism promotion.

The MoU was signed here on Nov. 28 under the presidency of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Royal Group, Mrs. Meas Sophearoth, Chairwoman of the Board of PRAVINYA, and distinguished national and international guests, as well as representatives from CamGSM (Cellcard) and PRAVINYA, totaling around 200 participants.

Through this cooperation, the Ministry of Tourism partners with PRAVINYA to develop a website called Visit Cambodia and the Visit Cambodia App (Super App), which is planned to be launched soon. 

In particular, through PRAVINYA’s Super App and its cooperation with Cellcard, additional features will be integrated to provide greater convenience and added benefits to international tourists visiting the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Speaking at the ceremony, H.E. Minister expressed high appreciation and gratitude to Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, for his consistent support and contributions to various events and programmes of the Ministry of Tourism, which have helped strengthen Cambodia’s tourism sector, contributed significantly to the national economy, and elevated Cambodia’s reputation on the international stage.
