Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation leaves Techo International Airport this evening to pay an official visit to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (PDR) and co-chair the 15th Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) between the two countries.
