H.E. Lt. Gen. Pov Heng (Pic. 1), Deputy Commander of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the Military Region 4, receives a delegation of the Military Attaché Corps of Phnom Penh (MACPP) at the Military Region 4 Headquarters in Siem Reap province this afternoon, under the coordination of the Ministry of National Defence’s Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG).
