AKP Phnom Penh, November 23, 2025 --

Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, Honorary President of the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC), has donated US$100,000 to assist Cambodian civilians displaced along the border with Thailand.

The contribution was delivered to the CRC through Samdech Moha Montrey Kuy Sophal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace.

In a letter dated Nov. 22, CRC President Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen expressed her deep gratitude to Her Majesty the Queen-Mother for her continued compassion and unwavering support for the welfare of the Cambodian people through the CRC’s humanitarian efforts.

Samdech Kittiprittpundit concluded her letter with heartfelt wishes for Her Majesty the Queen-Mother to remain a source of comfort and protection for all Cambodians.
