H.E. Mrs. CHAM Nimul (R Sitting, Pic. 1), Minister of Commerce and Chairperson of the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC), and Mr. Samuel CHAN, Chairman of the Competition Commission of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKCC) of the People’s Republic of China, show the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CCC and HKCC on the implementation of competition policy and law, at the signing ceremony held at the Ministry this morning.
