AKP Phnom Penh, November 11, 2025—

H.E. Gen. Tea Seiha (L, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Cambodia, and French Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Olivier Richard preside over a ceremony commemorating the Armistice Day and honouring fallen Cambodian combattants engaged in World War I alongside their French comrades, organised by the French Embassy at the Memorial for the Dead of World War I, known as “Roup Pi” located in front of the embassy in Phnom Penh this morning.
