Mr. KIM Vanny, former local employee of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, will receive the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays from the Government of Japan. 

According to the embassy, Mr. KIM Vanny is one of the 104 foreign recipients of the 2025 Autumn Conferment of Decorations, announced today by the Government of Japan

The decoration conferment is in recognition of his contribution to the activities of the Japanese overseas establishment, underlined the source.
