Cambodia's Agriculture Minister Seeks Stronger Ties with South Africa

Cambodia's Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF), H.E. Dith Tina, is seeking to bolster agricultural cooperation with South Africa, aiming to attract investment and expand trade between the two nations.
During a meeting here on September 5 afternoon with South Africa's Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Darkey Africa, Minister Tina expressed a keen interest in promoting Cambodia's agricultural potential to South African investors and business leaders. The goal is to strengthen agro-commercial ties and open new markets for Cambodian products.
The minister also extended an invitation for a South African delegation to attend the upcoming Cambodia Agriculture Forum and Exhibition 2025 (CAFE 25).
The event is a key platform designed to encourage foreign investment and facilitate trade. Minister Tina encouraged South African representatives to participate and explore the promising opportunities within Cambodia's agricultural sector.
