Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Chairman of the Central Youth of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), has extended his congratulations to H.E. Thongly SISOULITH on his election as Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union (LPRYU).

“On behalf of the Central Youth of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), I would like to sincerely congratulate Your Excellency upon the election result of the 9th National Youth Congress on August 26, 2025, selecting you as a Secretary of the Central Committee of the PRYU,” Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, also Vice President of CPP, wrote in his message dated Friday. 

“On this well-deserved accomplishment, your dedication will bring LPRYU new successes in its mission to build a strong and collaborative youth team across all sectors and at all levels nationwide,” he said. “Moreover, your strong commitment to leading LPRYU will significantly contribute to the achievements of the Youth Development Plan 2026-2030, serving as a framework for young people to engage more actively in national initiatives and contribute to Laos's social and economic development.”

Speaking of Cambodia-Lao PDR ties, Samdech Thipadei said he is strongly confident that the close friendship of the Central Youth of the CPP and the LPRYU will continue to flourish as stipulated in the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Central Youth of the CPP and LPRYU signed at the beginning of 2025.
