AKP Phnom Penh, August 15, 2025 -- H.E. Keo Remy, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), has lodged separate urgent appeals to the Special Rapporteur on the Rights to Adequate Housing of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the OHCHR Regional Representative, and Chair and Representative of Malaysia at the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) concerning unlawful barbed wire deployment and related actions by the Royal Thai Armed Forces.
