H.E. Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1), Minister of Information, receives H.E. Ms. Men Neary Sopheak (Pic. 2), First Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodian Red Cross, along with her delegation, for a courtesy call and working discussion, at the Ministry’s office in Phnom Penh this morning.

The meeting focused on cooperation projects aimed at training journalists to enhance their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Cambodian Red Cross and international humanitarian law in the context of armed conflict.
