The Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) has submitted an urgent petition to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, H.E. Volker Türk, regarding what it describes as the unlawful detention, mistreatment, and partial repatriation of 20 Cambodian soldiers by the Thai Armed Forces.
