H.E. Khuong Sreng (C, Pic. 1), Phnom Penh Municipal Governor, receives funds, foodstuffs, medicine, and other necessities from Philanthropists to support and encourage the Cambodian frontline soldiers and displaced civilians, at the Municipal Hall this afternoon.
