Phnom Penh Municipal Hall celebrate this morning the listing of “Cambodian Memorial Sites: From Centres of Repression to Places of Peace and Reflection” on the UNESCO World Heritage List by beating drums, under the presidency of H.E. Khuong Sreng (C, Pic. 1), Governor of Phnom Penh.
