Minister of Information H.E. Neth Pheaktra (R, Sitting, Pic. 1) and H.E. Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), sign at the ministry this afternoon a cooperation memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Information and SERC.
