H.E. Prak Sokhonn (R, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, sign the Exchange of Notes and Related Documents on the Japanese Grant of 442,000,000 Yen (approximately US$2,947,000) for the Implementation of the Project for Human Resources Development Scholarship.
