Minister of Information H.E. Neth Pheaktra (C, Pic. 1) presides over here at the ministry this morning the opening ceremony of a five-day training course on Leadership and Management Effectiveness, and gives a lecture on Institutional Leadership and Public Relations, with the participation of the ministry’s senior officials and 141 trainees from the ministry’s five General Departments as well as from other institutions.
