Cambodian Minister of Labour and Vocational Training H.E. Heng Sour (R, Pic. 1), and Ms. Nellie GHUSAYNI, Chief of Mission of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Cambodia, sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and IOM on “Strengthening Labour Migration in Cambodia,” at the ministry this morning.
