Phnom Penh this morning hosts the 13th International Half Marathon 2025 to mark the 89th Birthday of Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk (June 18) with the participation of more than 5,000 national and international runners under the auspices of H.E. Thong Khon (3rd R, Pic. 1), Senior Minister and Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC).
