Environment Minister: Frontline Troops are 'One Blood' of the Cambodian Family

H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment, led a delegation to Preah Vihear province on June 12, to visit, extend greetings, and deliver donations to Cambodian soldiers stationed there.
During the visit, H.E. Minister conveyed warm regards from Cambodian Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Cambodian Red Cross President Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, as well as Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and the First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony to the soldiers.
He expressed sincere admiration for the Cambodian military's sacrifices in defending national integrity and its people, a crucial contribution to peace.
H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth emphasised, "The environmental family considers all of you, our brothers and sisters on the frontline, to be one blood, born of the same nation. Though not from the same mother, we are all children of Cambodia, sharing one destiny. Your well-being is the well-being of our entire Cambodian family."
The Environment Minister reaffirmed the ministry's gratitude to all senior officers and frontline troops. He pledged continuous support, providing food and supplies to ensure no one faces shortages. He also offered prayers for the protection and success of the forces against any enemies attempting to invade Cambodian land and homes, and for the preservation of peace and national unity – a legacy of the Win-Win policy's architect and operator, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.
This aligns with the strategic policies of Prime Minister Hun Manet.
The donations provided by H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth and his delegation included rice, canned fish, and various other consumables for the troops stationed at the Preah Vihear Temple frontline.
H.E. Gen. Kitti Sangahapundit Hung Bun Hieng, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the Bodyguard Command, expressed profound thanks on behalf of the Cambodian forces. He highlighted that the visit and donations demonstrated the deep affection and care from the delegation and the Cambodian people.
He assured the public that the troops on duty remain courageous, highly sacrificial for the nation, loyal, and committed to obeying the orders of the Royal Government.
