Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum (L, Pic. 1) and his spouse preside over the cremation ceremony of late H.E. Mum Chim Huy, Advisor to the Senate President and former member of the Royal Government, National Assembly and Senate, who passed away on June 8 at the age of 89 years old, at a crematorium in front of Botum Vattey pagoda in Phnom Penh this morning.
