Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet and First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony disembark from a special aircraft upon their arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning, after attending the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice, France from June 9 to 11.
