H.E. Heng Sour (C, Pic. 1), Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, accompanied by his colleagues, this morning visits and hands over donations to soldiers of the 42nd Infantry Brigade stationed at Ta Moan Temple in Oddar Meanchey province.
