"Hae Neak Ta Pring Kaek" is a traditional rain and happiness praying ritual celebrated by Boeung villagers every year near Neak Ta Pring Kaek shrine in Boeung village, Sangkat Ponhea Pon, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh.

This year, the festival fell on May 30-31.
