Phnom Penh Municipal Governor H.E. Khuong Sreng (L, Pic. 1) and his spouse together with family members, colleagues and the general public attend the Buddha statue procession and bathing ceremony this afternoon, on the last day of the three-day Wat Phnom Sankranta event.
