The Angkor Sankranta Event Organising Committee hosts a welcome ceremony for the Khmer Traditional New Year's deity, under the high presidency of Samdech Kitti Sangahapundit Men Sam An, Member of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King of Cambodia, and H.E. Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC).

The event took place at the eastern causeway of the Bayon Temple in Siem Reap city early this morning.
