Samdech Moha Montrei Kuy Sophal (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Royal Palace and Chairman of the National Committee for Organising National and International Festivals, lights a candle while he was chairing a Prong Porli or Krong Porli religious ceremony in front of the Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap province this afternoon, ahead of the Royal Prayer Ceremony for the Prosperity of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to be held at the same place tomorrow.
