Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1) disembarks from a special aircraft upon his arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport this evening, after paying homage to late H.E. Gen. Khamtay Siphandone, former President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), and meeting with Lao top leaders in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
