Cambodia’s Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet arrives in Vientiane, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic this afternoon to pay his last respects to late H.E. Gen. Khamtay Siphandone, former President of Laos.
