AKP Phnom Penh, March 31, 2025—

A delegation of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) led by its Governor H.E. Mrs. Chea Serey this morning pays homage to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and the eldest brother of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of Cambodia, who passed away in Phnom Penh on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
