Ambassador of Türkiye to Cambodia H.E. Ms. Ülkü Kocaefe (R, Pic. 1) and Ambassador of the Philippines to Cambodia H.E. Ms. Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo pay here this afternoon their last respects to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the eldest brother of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of Cambodia, who passed away on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
