AKP Phnom Penh, March 28, 2025—

H.E. Ueno Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, pay his last respects to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, who passed away in Phnom Penh at 2:27 am on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
