AKP Phnom Penh, March 28, 2025—

Members of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King this afternoon lays wreaths and pay their last tribute to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, who passed away in Phnom Penh at 2:27 am on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
