A delegation of the Ministry of Information led by its Minister H.E. Neth Pheaktra today lays a wreath and pays last respects to late Neak Oknha Oudom Metreyvisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, who passed away in Phnom Penh at 2:27 am on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
