Buddhist monks (Pic. 1) hold a religious ceremony for the late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, who passed away in Phnom Penh at 2:27 am on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
