Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (Pic. 1), Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presides over a ceremony to confer the five-star general rank upon two members of the Supreme Privy Council Members to His Majesty the King – Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh and Samdech Kitti Sangahapundit Men Sam An, at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
