H.E. Aphi Santepundit Sar Sokha (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior and Head of the Royal Government Working Group for Prey Veng Province, addresses the participants while he was presiding over the inauguration ceremony of a school Building of the Hartmut Damnak Serey Preschool and Primary School, whose construction was funded by Mr. Hartmut Giesecke through the Happy Cambodian Children Organisation in Kamchay Mear district, Prey Veng province this morning.
