Dr. Phoeurng Sackona (Front, Pic. 1) presides over a religious ceremony celebrating of the 30th founding anniversary of the APSARA National Authority, held at Bayon Temple in Siem Reap provincial city this morning, with the participation of 130 Buddhist monks and many Buddhist followers.
