The General Department of Immigration (GDI) at the Ministry of Interior has emphasised that “www.arrival.gov.kh” and the “Cambodia e-Arrival” app are the only official digital platforms for Cambodia e-Arrival Card.

The GDI made the clarification in a statement made public on Feb. 18, rejecting “Cambodia-e-arrival.online” as a legitimate website recognised by the Royal Government or operated by the GDI.

For filling out the electronic entry permit system to the Kingdom of Cambodia via “www.arrival.gov.kh” or the “Cambodia e-Arrival”, there is no service fee required, except for the visa fee, the statement underlined.

In case of any suspicion or irregularity, travellers can contact the GDI’s HOTLINE number, Facebook page, and other social media channels directly, it added.

The GDI thus announced its rejection of any illegal websites or app that may harm its reputation, especially the image of Cambodia, and requested the travellers to exercise extreme caution in using electronic systems.
