Major General Sem Ratana, First Vice President of the National Committee and Acting Director General of the National Centre for Peacekeeping Forces, Mine, and ERW Clearance (NPMEC), presides over a homecoming ceremony for 73 Cambodian Blue Helmet Peacekeepers who safely returned after completing a one-year United Nations peacekeeping mission in South Sudan, at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning.
