Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet (Pic. 1), Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Vice President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and Chairman of the CPP Central Youth, addresses the participants while he was presiding over the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Overseas CPP Youth Wings (2015-2025), held at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this morning with the participation of some 3,700 leaders and members of the party’s Central Youth and Overseas Youth Wings.
