H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth (R), Minister of Environment, and H.E. Dr. Sok Touch, President of the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC), show the signed Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Protection of Natural Resources in the RAC Techo Sen Russey Trep Park in Preah Vihear province, at the signing ceremony held here at the ministry this afternoon.
