The Information Department of the Institute of Standards of Cambodia (ISC) has trained key players on technical barriers to trade (TBT).

Representatives from concerned ministries and institutions, trade associations, and the private sector joined the training that took place on Feb. 4 in Phnom Penh.

The capacity-building session emphasised searching for TBT information to facilitate trade more effectively.

It also discussed implementation standards, technical regulations, and assessment procedures conforming to other countries through the World Trade Organisation's ePingAlert platform.
