Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia H.E. Prak Sokhonn (R, Pic. 1) and H.E. Ueno Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, sign here this morning the Exchange of Notes and related documents on the extension of Japanese Government's Grant Aid of JPY 750,000,000 (approximately US$5.4 million) for the implementation of the Economic and Social Development Programme.
