H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, addresses the participants when he and H.E. Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Many Foundation, were presiding over the 2nd Angkor Dictation at the Western Causeway of Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap province this morning with 1,220 contestants.
