Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (Pic. 1), President of the Senate, President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King, and President of the ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), delivers his keynote remarks while he and Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, Honorary President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King and CPP Honorary President and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister and CPP Vice President, were presiding over a mass meeting to commemorate the 46th Anniversary of January 7 Victory Day over the Khmer Rouge Genocidal Regime (Jan. 7, 1979-Jan. 7, 2025), held in front of Koh Pich Theatre here this morning.
