Cambodia’s Export to Vietnam Increases by 14.8% in 2020

Cambodia’s total exports to Vietnam rose by 14.8 percent in 2020 to US$385 million, despite restrictions at the border to contain the COVID-19 spread.
Data from the Ministry of Commerce shows that the country’s imports from Vietnam decreased by 3.1 percent to US$2,633 million last year.
The two-way trade between the two neighbouring countries was valued at US$3,018 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.13 percent.
Cambodia’s main products exported to Vietnam are mostly raw agricultural products – rice, cashew nut, rubber while the imported products are steel, petrol, garment and textile, leather and footwear.
